newby stuck trying to change pdf document dimensions

Hi i hope you can help.Using adobe 8 professional i have a pdf file that need to have its page sizes changed.It is a 16 page documnet and needs to be reduced in size from 210mm x 297mm to 190mm x 270mm .Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you Paul
PS I also have illustrator -perhaps i can use this.I am just beginning with the s/w so forgive the very basic questions!

You can use the Crop tool (Document --> Crop Pages) to reduce your pages sizes. You can apply the page size changes to one or all of your 16-page document. For more information on the Crop Tool visit:
