no of pages increases

I have some old files of word. when I see them on screen it shows 430 pages when i print it on PS printer it prints 430 pages but when i create pdr change printer to distiller / pdfmaker it increases the pages by 2 432 page. How to create exact page in this file

You may have the pages flowing to accommodate printer margins. Try to format the Word document for the Adobe PDF Printer driver and see if that takes care of the problem.
