Hi lorihajost,

You can include Powerpoint and Excel files in a PDF Package- in the How To section of this site there is a video titled "Combining Documents into a PDF Package" that demonstrates creating a package with many different file types. The other file types will show up in the side navigation panel along with all the other files in the package.

Hope that helps,

Dimitri

Hi lorihajost,

Option # 1 -From the menu bar - click Create PDF, From Multiple Files, then click Add files. Click the Help button on the displayed dialog for more information.

Option # 2 - Convert the other file types to PDF and add them to your main pdf. Add a menu or hyperlink table to the main PDF.

Hope this helps.

This is not what i want to do. i want to maintain the file type -- .xls or .ppt and link from my pdf package to original file type.
i do not want to convert these to pdf attachments.

Is this possible>
