Is there any way to batch OCR process a large number of raster files beneath a selected parent folder? I get how you can use Batch Processing to OCR process all files in a single folder, but what if I have files scattered throughout a network volume?

One of your selection options is "selected folder." In my brief test Acrobat 8 Pro drilled down and converted documents in subfolders.
