Office 2007 and embedded excell problems

I am having problems with embedded excell sheets in an office 2007 document.
 
the document converts but hte charts are larger and moved away from the titles
 
I get the same issue when i use the microsoft save as pdf and if i open the document and do it on a machine with office 2003 it works fine.
 
obviously it seems to be an office related problem but i desperately need to resolve it :(

Have you updated to Acrobat 8.1 and installed the Microsoft hot fix outlined in the following technical note?
