We have commission reports that contain sensitve information with multiple users data being on the same page. Rather than having them viewable by all users we want to split the data to create an individual page (pdf) for each user so that they can only view information that is relative to them. I've heard of this being done but am looking for direction as to how it is done. Can anyone assist?

The most effective and secure way to remove sensitive content (without hidden text or metadata possibly being left behind) is to use the Redaction capability in Acrobat 8 Pro. If you're not familiar with feature this there is a background articles available at:

You can combine this capabilty with the Extract pages features to create individual PDFs.
