Page Size error from Word to PDF

Greetings,

I am attempting to convert a book in Word that has a 5.25w x 8h page size. When it is converted into PDF, the page lands on a letter size page with right orientation (thus there is alot of unwanted empty space). I have changed the page sizes in Adobe Printer (at three different selections), but my Adobe Pro 7 does not seem to recognize page sizes beneath letter. I have precisely followed three different online instructions on how to do this, none have worked.

When I open the PDF version of my book, I am unable to downsize the letter page to 5.25 x 8 nor can I crop it either.

Am on Windows XP, Adobe Pro 7, Word 2003.

Please help :).

Do you have the Adobe PDF printer set as the default when you create the PDF? Are you using the PDFMaker macro?
