pc stuck everytime i try to convert to pdf

Sorry i bother you with this, but i have installed adobe 9 pro. i use windows xp, service pack 3 and microsoft office 2003

the problem is that whatever i try to conert to pdf, it started converting till almost 20%, and then everything stops....I dont know what to do....
can anyone help me pls?

maybe i used the wrong expression....My Pc doesnt actually stuck! Its just freeze the acrobat programm! and then i have to use TASK MANAGER to unfreeze it...
anyone?any help pls?
