W have Acrobat 7 Pro (MAC). Our pdfs are previewing with bolded letters, uppercase "i", lower case "L", when we open the files in Adobe Reader (all versions - WINDOWS) but the file prints correctly. We receive complaints from our customers over this issue. Please help us figure out how to avoid this issue.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.9, Macintosh

Apparently there is a font problem. Be sure to check the file for font embedding and make sure all fonts can be and are embedded in the document. If you have fonts that can't be embedded, you may need to change the font to one that can be embedded.

If all the fonts are embedded you should see no difference when opening the file on any platform in any viewer.

I'm sorry. I left out some important information. When you open the PDF, the letters appear bolded, but when you zoom all the way in on the document the letters are not bolded. The fonts are actually changed to outlines (or paths) in Illustrator, so it shouldn't be a font conflict.

Thanks for the quick response.
