PDF conversion in Standard version 6.0 with Microsoft Word 2003

We are unable to convert almost any files. Acrodist.exe is holding the process up and then Word goes non responsive. Can any one help with this?

Hi Mike,

fwiw, Acrobat 6.0.1 or better is required for compatibility with Office 2003.
May be worth a look-see at the dot release you are using.
