Pdf doesn't inherent word format

Hi - I'm trying to convert a word document that is in a particular size (A5 - 210 wide/148 height) to a pdf with same format. However, when creating the pdf it just becomes an A4 with the bottom and side white.
 
How do I keep the size of the word document?
