PDF link issue

I've created a PDF using FrameMaker 7.2 and Acrobat Distiller 8.1 (just installed). In the Framemaker document, I created a hyperlink marker.
When someone with Acrobat Reader 7 or 8 opens the PDF and clicks on the link, they are asked to allow the link and a browser window opens for them. When someone with Acrobat 7 opens the PDF and select the link, a weblink behavior window opens. Additional pages are added to the PDF. Can I change the bevior for Acrobat 7 users?

Acrobat Pro 8, Windows

Hi catwood,

It sounds a though Acrobat is interpreting the link as a weblink, which is why users of Acrobat (not Reader) are being prompted to add to the PDF.
What are the link properties in Acrobat? What text are you placing in the FrameMaker hyperlink marker?

Keep us posted,
Lori
