AutoCAD 2009 isn't (yet) supported by Acrobat.

I would agree with Abhigyan.
In addition, I would like to add this info that came from Autodesk support that beginning with the 2007 release, Autodesk included a choice for a DWG to PDF print option. That option is built into the 2009 release as well. You can access it via the Plotter choices on the Plot Dialog box (DWG to PDF.PC3).
