I'm using Cutepdf and am printing a 2-page file from Quark 5.0. When I open it in Acrobat only 3/4 of each page is imaged. The rest is blank white space. How do I resolve this? Tired different printer descriptions and options under the advanced tabs - auto-rotate off/on, mirrored output off/on, fit to paper off/on, etc.

Most people here at Acrobatusers.com use Adobe Acrobat and can help you with issues realting to Acrobat created PDFs. You should contact Cute PDF and/or Quark for support with PDFs created by those apps.
