We are investigating creating PDF Packages for archiving Outlook email folders. The created PDF Package does not show the "To" field, so email cannot be sorted based on the recipient. I tried adding a "To" field to the OPTIONS/PACKAGE PROPERTIES, but this column is then blank and not populated with email recipient data. Suggestions?

Unfortunately for "Sent Items" or outgoing folders in Outlook, the conversion to PDF does not include the "To" field. You can add this field manually and then copy the "To" value for each entry but it's a lot of work -- this is a great suggestion for improvement in the next release though.
