Hi,
Is it possible in Acrobat to create sections or tab like dividers in the bookmarks? Something to differentiate the different sections of a document. I am using bookmarks but wonder if there is way to create tabs that would divide the document, if you can imagine the way tabs/dividers section a physical document/folder.

Not easily. Here is a short Blog post by Ted Padova on how to make buttons break the page boundaries of a PDF but it requires you have InDesign for the design part then convert the ID file to PDF. Way back in the dark ages of this site ( 2007) there was a post and example file but since the site was ported to a new design unfortuantely it is no longer available. Ted does have a link to a simple sample file he did.
