PDFmaker fails to generate PDF file when clicking on PDF icon in Word menu.
Same cocnditions using acrobat 5.0 creates PDF successfully.
Acrobat 7.01, during conversion (which takes proper amount of time and shows proper progress screens) generates a Word document Pdm31.tmp which never closes.
Word print directly to PDF printer works properly.
All other acrobat 7.01 functions appear normal.
Try to repair the program's installation. Choose Help > Repair Acrobat Installation and see if that corrects the problem.donna.
