Hi,
I've got a 10 page Word document which contains links within paragraphs of text and a flow diagram which consists of a series of text boxes and the text in these are again links.
All links work fine in word but when I convert to pdf using the PDF Maker button with the option 'Add links to PDF' enabled I'm finding that the links within the paragrahs work fine but the links within the diagram although, shown as links don't.
I've found that this is true whether the diagram is contained within a drawing canvas or not and the only way I can get the links to work is not to have the diagram within a canvas and ungroup all text boxes. This is far from ideal as it makes adding additional text before the diagram time consuming with having to group/ungroup all the text boxes (there's about 40) to retain the formatting and then get the links.
I'm using Word 2003 and Elements 7.0.5 on Windows XP. Upgrading is not an option so I would really appreciate a way round this issue as ideally I'd like to have the drawing in the canvas since it consists of so many text boxes either grouped/ungrouped.
Thanks,
