Hi,

I am creating a pdf from powerpoint slides in a custom size.

The resulting pdf contains the background and some objects only.

Some text objects are created while others are missing.

The same applies for powerpoint shapes.

Please advice

What version of PowerPoint are you using? How are you creating the PDF? Using the Acrobat Ribbon or another method?

I have a similar problem using Powerpoint 2010 and Acrobat Std X. Certain colored text boxes in the Powerpoint master don't come through in the PDF if I use the "Create PDF" option from the Acrobat addin tab. If instead I use Print and select the "Adobe PDF" printer, these objects do come out in the resulting PDF. This is a workaround, but the file ends up huge, so I have to reopen the new PDF file in Acrobat and Save As a reduced size file. This seems to preserve the formatting.

It would be nice if I did not have to go through these steps.
