HI-

How do I preserve the MS Word Document Properties (like author) when converting to PDF (or PDF/A)? When I do it, the author is changed to me rather than the original author.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.3.1, Windows

Nevermind. Turns out Acrobat hadn't been set to install all of the PDFMaker parts. Not sure why but fixed now.
