the function print to pdf does not work any more. it just suddenly stopped working. running windows 7 home premium. inside any program if i enter file>print first i notice Adobe PDF, Adobe PDF (Copy 1) and Adobe PDF (Copy 2). When i click OK it comes back with an error message saying The document could not be printed. When i click Start > Devices and Printers i notice that only Adobe PDF (Copy 2) is there. If i choose this printer to print to, however, it doesn't work. It causes the program i'm in to stop responding. It says Invalid Adobe PDF printer properties. Please select print directly to the printer option from Adobe PDF printer properties Advanced tab. i can't even locate that option from the advanced tab. please help. thank you,

Acrobat 9.2 is the first version to support Windows 7, so problems are to be expected. Whenever Microsoft updates Windows there's a chance it will impact on software which isn't certified.

At times like this, first try the Repair option on your Acrobat help menu - if that doesn't solve the issue, uninstall and reinstall Acrobat.

Dave the repair did not work. If i uninstall Acrobat is there a way to preserve (save or export and then recreate or import) my custom stamps (sign here)?
