You would need to manually add text to each page specifying the file name. There's not really an automated method to add the file name to pages you add together to create a single PDF document.
If your art files are raster images, you could use Photoshop's Contact Sheet II or create the contact sheets from Adobe Bridge. This method enables you to batch process the files with the file name.
