I have adobe 7 pro and when I try to print an excell spread sheet with gragh the gragp comes out distorted as if the gragh can not go below 8" on the page.

Check Microsofts web site to see if there is a PDF converter for your version of MS Excel. The PDF convertor option should be available on your Excel menu bar.
