Problem converting Word table to PDF

Hi,

I'm having problems converting a simple text only table from Word to PDF format.

To be more precise, the problem lies in printing the PDF table.

All table content is visible on screen in the PDF, but when I print the doc, several rows in the table are empty (where there should be text).

What's interesting is that another table in the doc prints out correctly in PDF format, but when I tried copying that table to the location (in the Word doc) where the problem table resides, that table also has missing rows when printed from a PDF.

Would be much obliged by your assistance.

Thnx in anticipation.

Hi --

It sounds like a problem with the Word doc itself. Copy the table (minus the final para mark) into a new doc and try that.

Hi Donna,

Thnx for your reply.

I'm not sure what you eman by 'the final para mark'.

I have previously tried copying the whole table into a new doc and then converting to PDF without success.

Thnx in anticipation.

Donna,

Thnx for your help. I seem to have fixed the problem by deleting the table and starting from scratch.

Thnx again.
