A problem on creating PDF files from TXT HTM files

Everytime I creat PDF files from TXT HTM files，the created PDF files display the file paths
 
and the file its name at the lower left and the upper right edge ，making the PDF files looks
 
not so good。（The following two pictures are the screen shots about the problem）

Help me to remove the files paths and files names from the new created PDF files！Thanks！！

Check the "Create PDF from Web page" settings, see if the "Place headers and footers on a new page" option is checked.

Also look at the page setup for your text editor and web browser settings for the header and footer.l
