Hello all, I am new to here.

I have to merge PDF documents from time to time and I have found that there is always an error when I try to merge them. (not sure if I am not using the right method to merge them or not)

For example, when I merge a 100 pages doucument with a 40 pages doucment, I usually open the 2 documents side by side and use control A (all) on the 40 pages document, drag and drop, it works fine until I save and close it, then when I re open the merged document, 99% I have an error of some of pages get mixed up. Does anyone encounter this issue? or I have use the wrong method to merge?

Since I have to merge sometimes 10 or 20 documents together (with 400 or more pages), I cannot check every single page everytime.

Thank you for all your help in advanced.

You are not using a robust method for the merge. Drag and drop works great for small changes but not big ones. Use the Merge tool in the "Document" menu.

Sorry, I did mean the "Insert Pages" menu item. Although combine documents would also work.
