Radio Button to control the printing of a text box

I am in the process of creating a form were the user will need to have control over the visibility of a text box. Some users will need to have the information in the text box print out on the form, while others will need the text box be visible on the screen only. I am thinking that a radio button would be the best way the end user can control the visibility of the text box. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

Are you using LiveCycle Designer or Acrobat to create the form? I would suggest using a check box instead.

I'm looking to make a form that is similar. I'd want to check the box to print the line or lines of text, if left unchecked, then don't print that line.
