Hi
I have just joined this Group today so apologies if I make any mistakes here. I am using Microsoft Word 2010 and Acrobat 10. They work wonderfully together. My problem is when I embed my company logo into a Word document, and then hyperlink the logo to my website, create my PDF, then I have a problem. The problem is when I run my cursor over my logo in the PDF it show two links, one to my website, and another link to the source location of the logo on my computer. Naturally, I only want my customers to see my company web location, not the source location of my logo file. I have spent four hours looking on Google and YouTube and Acrobat documentation but could not find an answer. Can anyone help?
Many Thanks
Frank Cooper

Word will automatically insert the filename as the alternative (ALT) text of an image, unless you specifically go in and set something else. There's no way to turn that off, so you must either correct the text in Acrobat (using the accessibility touchup tools) or enter some ALT text in Word before exporting the PDF (right-click the image, choose Format Picture, then the last tab).
