I scanned a document, saved it as a PDF, then performed OCR on it.. I am now attempting to make changes and replace text. The final version of my "changed" document shows all the mark-ups, and not the changes.....how do I send it out as a complete, cleaned up document?
Are you making changes with Commenting tools? Your description sounds that way. In order to make changes that actually are integrated into your document, use the TouchUp Text tool, found on the Advanced Editing toolbar.
