Save version

I have files which are saved as version 1.4 but when i OCR the file and save it again it then becomes version 1.6. How do i make sure it is saved as version 1.4 and not 1.6. This is happening in Pro and Standard versions

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.0, Windows

This is only available in Pro and not standard?

So i take it you have to manually run the optimizer everytime you OCR a document or it is saved as 1.6?
