I have a Word Document (2003) that has the document setting at 5.5 x 8.5. When I try to print it to PDF, it always saves it at letter size (8.5 x 11). I have changed the settings in the PDF print que and nothing seems to work. I have Acrobat Pro 7.0 installed on my machine. Please help! thank u

Have you defined or set a custom page size for the PDF printer and distiller?

hi - yes, i've defined a custom size as 5.5 x 8.5

I installed openoffice and used that to create the pdf...althought the first page image was horrific, the size was correct and I was able to use the 1st page on the original pdf that was already that size and replaced it....the other text pages were usable.
