I am trying to save an 11 x 17 portrait page so that it will open up in "full width" view or "actual size" view--but when I do it, and then open it up again, it is in only "full page" view--I want the closer up view for when my client opens it up---I don't want them having to adjust anything to see the file as close up as possible---can someone assist me with this---thank you so much

Something to try -

In the PDF's Document Properties, on the Initial View tab, try different Magnification settings to see of one will meet your needs.
