I just installed Acrobat Pro 8 and want to try out the "Scan to PDF" function. However, the dialogue box asks me to select the scanner but doesn't show the Epson 4490 that I've been using for a few months. How do I get Acrobat to recognize that the scanner is connected? Thanks.

You may need to reinstall the scanner driver from the install disc provided by the scanner manufacturer.
