Set-Up for Excel

I am taking a course in which we do a lot of forum posting. When I try converting a section of an Excel worksheet, I can't get the pages to look as they do when you view them in Excel in Page Break view. My first try at a solution, using the Excel program, was to set the print area and then set the print parameter as (1) page long and (1) page wide. When I then converted it, it came out as about (4) PDF pages. How do you manipulate either Excel or Acrobat to only create a PDF of the area os desire? Are the tasks in making this work a combination of using both programs? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You, JAD

What version of Excel are you using? How are you creating your PDFs -- via the macro in Excel or by printing to the Adobe PDF printer?
