Hi gang,

I am having a severe problem when converting a word docx into PDF. the problem is this. 'When I convert the word docx to PDF somewhere during the conversion process lots of random spaces appear between letters. for example there might be a space between the 2 e's in be en or a larger space in the word disc retion.

Quite frankly it's getting on my nerves because I then have to go through thr PDF again & try to locate ALL the random spaces. Which is time consuming and annoying. Especially as when the word file is changed & a completely new PDF version is needed I have to do it ALL over again.

HELP ME!!!!!!

Thanks

Try setting the Adobe PDF printer as your default printer prior to creating your PDF from Word.

I'll give that a try. In the meantime I have been through the doc 1 final time & manually removed all the extra spaces. Will try this next time they ask me to convert the word docx. Which I am sure will be soon as I am already on version 18 & I only got version 10 on Monday LOL

Thanks
