Table borders

When I convert a word document to pdf that has tables with borders on them, the tables come over with the border; however, sometimes when I run form recognition, my table borders will disappear. Sometimes only certain lines of the table border will disappear if I do other things in the document. It is random and does not seem to follow a pattern. In some cases, I have been able to increase the width of the lines and it will appear and other times it does not. This is only on the screen, it prints with the borders. Any suggestions?

Hi loretta,

Can you provide more background on how you're creating these PDFs from Word (PDFMaker macro, Print to Adobe PDF, etc.) and what versions of Word, OS, and Acrobat you are using?
