Software Abode 7 and Word 2003

Have a table that has 2 rows by 3 columns in a footers of my word document, the first row has shading in it as well. When we run it through abode we only get the word from the first cell and the shading.

Previously i sorted this by highlighting the table in word and in properties, I ticked repeat as header row at the top of each page.

Now this is not working. Has anyone any ideas ?

Do you have the Adobe PDF printer set as the default prior to creating the PDF from Word? If so, does the table show up properly in the footer in the Print Preview in Word? What is your bottom margin in Word set at?
