I have an existing PDF form that belongs to another company. I want to make it writable for employees to fill in the fields. I have Acrobat 9 Pro - Can I make it writable in this version?

You can if the PDF doesn't have any security restrictions. Acrobat's help doc has more information on creating forms, and there are a number of forms-related resources here.
