How do I make several HTML files subordinate to a file in the PDF, such as:

Install Guide title page
About the Install Guide
Purpose
Audience
Requirements
Introduction to System Installation
Overview
Required Tools
Site Survey
Etc.

I am using Adobe HomeSite to create the HTML and Acobat 8 Pro for the PDF.

You can use bookmarks within the PDF to link to the external HTML pages. Ted Padova has a tutorial on how to do this at:
