Unable to convert to PDF

I am trying to convert a Framemaker 10 file to PDF and no PDF is being created. (the files were originally created in Frame 8) I am getting the following error message in my log file.

%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff ]%%
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

9 out of 10 chapters of my book can be converted to PDF. Only one chapter gives me this error (when I try to convert each chapter individually vs. the entire book)

"Undefined" indicates the offending file contains unintelligible PostScript code.
.
Reference: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/328/328515.php
.

Isolate the FM file. Use Print to make a *.ps file. Pick this up with Distiller.
View Distiller's progression. Note the last page processed before the error.
Back in FM start at that page. This page or the subsequent page has something amiss.
.

If Anchored Frames are present try removing them one at a time then generate a *.ps to be picked up by Distiller.
Try removing other file page features utilized.
Try stepping through removal of specific chunks of text.
After each discrete removal, make the *.ps and run it through Distiller.
Watch Distiller's processing of the *.ps.
At some point you'll isolate the content that causes Distiller to throw the error.

Be well...
