Unable to Scan Multiple Pages

I use Adobe Acrobat Standard 9 - for some reason I am unable to scan multiple pages - all the pages go through the scanner but only 1 appears on my screen.

I work in an office and the scanner is upstairs - I am tired of walking up and down the stairs 20 times to scan a long document!

Is there a setting I can change somewhere? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
Willa

same probelm. anyone have a solution yet? Mine was scanning multiple pages fine with no problems until a week ago and now I can only scan one page at a time... so frustrating. It must be a setting but I've compared my settings to a co-workers and they all match up.

same problem. Seems like this has been happening for quite some time. All the same symptoms regarding scanning all the pages first but when it's finished and time for Acrobat to convert the scans it asks for the "front of page 2". The scanner setting is for single sided pages so something is wrong there. I have been able to scan a file to TIF type file then convert it to PDF. I'd rather have the acrobat work properly though..I was able to scan multiple pages a few weeks ago with not problem. Now it consistantly will not work.
