word 2010 navigation pane

Hi,
I have a user that has a navigation pane in a word 2010 document, when he converts to pdf the navigation pane doesn't convert with it. Does anyone have any information whether this can be done?

There is no publicly released version of Acrobat that has been is considered compatible with MS Office 2010.
