Word Heading 2 and Acrobat 8

I am using Acrobat 8 and Word 2003. In my Word document the header includes a StyleRef to Chapter Title, Heading 1, and Heading 2. When I create the PDF, Heading 2 appears showing only the text of the last Heading 2 in the file. Are there special settings I need in Acrobat? in Word? HELP.

Hi Beverly,

There is a very good troubleshooting document for determining PDF creation issues from Word. This document should help you determine where the issue might be (i.e., OS compatibilty, macro, PDFMaker, Word, etc.). It should also help you troubleshoot the problem in a streamlined manner.
