Word to PDF Conversion Problem

I have a problem converting a word document to PDF without it reformatting the page. It looks to me that the issue happens only on pages that have a word table at the bottom of the page. When I select to print to Adobe PDF or if I use the add in button. The page readjusts and moves rows from the table onto another page. I have check all printer settings. I have scaling turned off and all are set to 8.5 x 11 sheets. I was curious if there is a setting I am missing or a fix for this problem. I have noticed that this only happens on files that have tables at the end of a page that has footers.

Look close at the problem pages' row bottom - footer gap or lack thereof.
In Word, you can have an overlap - go to paper - all is well. To get your output PDF you pass through Distiller, were the processing is, well a wee bit more rigorous. What worked for me was reducing the footer height to give a clearly defined "break" (no overlap). Perhaps it will help in your situation.

Layout/pagination in Word is sensitive to the printer and it's dpi. One thing to try would be to close Word, set Adobe PDF printer as default printer and then open your document. That should show you the output similar to what you will see when printing to Adobe PDF printer or using the add-in
