Hi All,
I have a random problem occurring. We will receive a Word document from an outside source. We open it in Word, write it to a PDF file, and all looks well.
However, upon inspection in the middle of a 35 page document, there are several missing sentences. I have not been able to repeat the issue, but it's happened with 2 different users here in the past month. There doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary about the original Word file.
Our Word version is 2000
Acrobat version 8 Standard
Windows XP Pro
If anyone has ever encountered this or has any information it would be much appreciated.
