Wrong indents in PDF conversion

I converted about 60 html documents to PDF using Acrobat 7.0 Professional. When I combined them all into one PDF (1700-plus pages), I realized to my horror that the conversion had inserted an indent at the beginning of each page that was not the first page of the html doc. Is there any way to remove these indents once they have been made, or any way to reconvert so that the indentions do not occur?

Use the Web Page Conversion Settings dialog box. The Settings button in the Create PDF From Web Page dialog box opens the Web Page Conversion Settings.

Click the Page Layout tab and set the Scaling option and other options before the conversion.
