Auto attach form pdf while adding a portfolio folder

Dear fellow acrobat's,
 
Present workflow: client add's multiple folders in a pdf portfolio based on the 'on a image' layout. One of the files in each folder is a specific form pdf (no LiveCycle form).
 
Is it possible to automate this step by auto-add this specific form in such a portfolio folder after the process of adding a folder to the portfolio?

Where are they getting this form from in the first place?

They now add it from the desktop each time they add an new folder to the portfolio. Our client asked if it was possible that when they add a new folder, this specific form could be auto-added. They say it saves them time not to do it manually each time they add a new folder.

I was wondering if this could be automated in any way.
