Hi,
Is it possible to create a pdf-document where documents from different applications (e.g. an Excel table and a Word paragraph) can be merged in the same pdf-page.
Thanks in advance for answers.

Hi MatsA,

Not sure what you mean by merged. But you can attach files of other types ( Word, Excel, etc) to a single PDF and then you can have links in the main PDF page that will open those attached files ( of course the viewer must have the appropriate program ( Word, Excel, etc) to open them.

To attach a file to a PDF open the Attachments Panel ( its the paperclip in the left side nav panel), then click Add and browse to the file, select it and click OK.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri

Mats seems to mean placing items onto the same page (table at the top, bit of text in the middle, image at the bottom, etc.) in which case the answer is "not in Acrobat you can't." You can of course create the document in something else (Word, etc.) and print it to a new PDF, but Acrobat is not a DTP program.

Hi Dimitri and UVSAR,
Thanks for your answers. My question was maybe not so clear but it´s as you UVSAR have understood.
So now I have got confirmed that I cant solve this with Acrobat so I have to use excel and Word for that before the report document is created in Acrobat.

Mats
