I want to have a recipient of a portfolio to change the form file name with his name, prior to clicking submit button. this is not a save as. I tried that as it did save it in the same windows folder, but not in the portfolio.

Can anyone can help?

You'd need to change the file name prior to opening the file.

You can't rename an item in a portfolio while it's open and a child of the portfolio (the form) can't modify the parent (the portfolio) so you can't script it either.
