Go to DOCUMENT>INSERT PAGES Then you can add other PDFs to the current one and then arrange the page order

Before even attempting any merger or othe changes, make sure you a have a backup copy of all the PDFs. If the results are not what you want or expect, 'cancel' and do not save the results.

If the forms were created using Acrobat Forms Tool bar, each form merged can not have the same field names as any other field in any other PDF.

If the forms were created by LiveCycle Designer, you might not be able to combine them into one PDF.

You might want to look at [url=http://www.acrobatusers.com/articles/2006/10/extended_forms_features]Extended Forms Features] by Ted Padova

You might also look for "Manage Form Data". Newer versions of Acrobat add a lot of form management not available to version 7.

Thanks for response. Multiple files does get merged as a package.

Is there any way where the output (data) submitted by from the PDF forms be merged as a single XML file ?
This requirement arise when you send multiple page PDF form and want to recieve input from other person as a consolidated single file.

Would appreciate expert comments on how this can be achieved. Thanks in advance....
